In simple terms, using a Persona-based Web Architecture helps you convert more traffic and make more money.

We base your site’s structure, content, linking structure and navigation on the needs of custom-crafted models of your own customer base.

This is an intensive, specialized strategy. It typically involves several days of face-to-face meetings with you or the members of your staff who know your customers best.

Persona-based Web Architecture Options 

Here are a few examples…however, almost every site and project is one-of-a-kind.

OPTION A: Limited Scope, quick turn-around

• Full uncovery session
• Persona development for 4 to 5 complete personae
• 2 conversion points (lead generation, newsletter, single product or retail store)
• No more than 12 pages
• Copywriting is included
• Site built using simple content management system
• Includes customization of an off-the-shelf template.
• Article and blog functionality included.
• Site will be “live” in 4 weeks from start to finish. (optimization phase begins immediately afterwards)

PRICE:

$20,000 for existing Wizard of Ads marketing clients
$25,000 for new clients

Additional costs include reimbursement of airfare (economy) and hotel for a team of two to travel to your location for 1 week plus hosting, content management systems  and any additional graphic art work beyond basic color selections.

Client will also enter into an Optimization agreement for $1,500-$2,000 per month for an initial 1 year period which will be indexed to existing revenue and adjusted in successive years based on percentage growth of the business.

New clients have the option of including an evaluation of their existing advertising plan and becoming WOA marketing clients with the traditional “uncovery” fee waived. This is a minimum value of $5,000.

A team of two trained experts will come to your location and build you a web site in 4 weeks. It won’t be “under construction”, but ready for your customers to see it. That being said, it will also mark the beginning of a long-term optimization process. Your site will continue to improve and/or evolve month after month as we help you to maximize your online investment.

OPTION B: Full Persona-based Web Architecture (unlimited Scope)

Prices start at $45,000 and go up to six figures for uncovery, persona development, wireframe along with working in an advisory role with your copy writer, developer and graphic designer. These are custom projects. Pricing is based upon complexity of the job and the team required to complete it.

OPTION C: Web Site Optimization and Consulting

$1,500 to $2,500 per month for 6 months minimum
Includes recommendations for headlines, copy, persuasive momentum.
Suggestions for A/B testing strategies using Google’s Website Optimizer.
Adword campaign management is an available add-on option.
